Terms and Conditions for Sapumal Tours
1. Cancellation by You
If you wish to cancel your tour, the lead name on the booking must notify us in writing or by email. Refunds will be processed after deducting cancellation charges as follows:
- From the booking date to 30 days before departure: 30% of the package cost.
- From 30 days to 15 days before departure: 50% of the package cost.
- From 15 days to 7 days before departure: 75% of the package cost.
- Within 5 days before departure: 100% of the package cost.
2. Changes Made by Us Before Travel
We reserve the right to make changes to your tour program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:
- If you do not accept a significant change, we will offer an alternative tour of similar value or a less expensive tour with a refund of the price difference.
- If no suitable alternative is available, you may cancel and receive a full refund of deposits, except amendment charges of Rs. 1500.
Compensation for changes (except in cases of force majeure such as war, natural disasters, or bad weather):
- Before 12 days prior to departure: Refund of deposits only.
- Before 7 days prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost.
- Before 4 days prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost + 1.25% of the tour cost.
- Before 2 days prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost + 3.50% of the tour cost.
3. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for any changes, cancellations, or losses due to circumstances beyond our control, such as war, epidemics, natural disasters, terrorist activities, or civil unrest.
4. Your Responsibility
We strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. However, you are responsible for your behavior, safety, and the condition of the property you occupy.
- If your behavior causes harm or disturbance, we may terminate your tour without a refund.
- Any damage to property, furniture, or facilities will result in joint liability for repair or replacement costs.
- Alcohol consumption must be done responsibly, and we are not liable for injuries or losses due to impaired judgment.
5. If You Have a Complaint
We aim to provide the best service possible. If you encounter an issue:
- Report it immediately to the relevant person (e.g., accommodation management or transport provider).
- If unresolved, contact our tour representative or reach us at the provided email or phone number.
Complaints submitted after the tour ends will not be entertained.
